In the Beginning


I sat considering the many things I could write a about, helping you understand the importance of the circulative movement of the body for sustainability. Always nurture the nature we are already blessed with. That we merely take for granted.


Imagine Planting and seed and waiting for it to grow into to a beautiful tree bearing fruits that you could then feed from. Fruit for Life


Imagine having gone through childhood to adulthood, then bearing children (or fruit) in order to keep the cyclic momentum going! of nature’s beautiful Blessing of a child made from the seed then having to nurture as you would your crop, your whole mind set changes, from yourself to your child. Food for thought What I am trying to make you see is one of the greatest components needed for your body to function. There are many great Elements that contribute to our whole well-being. Not forgetting our mineral sources, plants, trees, herbs and others that we constantly feed from knowingly and unknowingly supporting our bodily growth, against radicals.


Life and creation is purely dependent on one of the greatest Elements ever created or formed, dependent on your belief or understanding or take on this is “WATER” Without Water, Life on earth would cease to exist, imagine no Trees (oxygen), Plants, Fruits, Vegetables, Crops (food), Animals, Insects, and Man-kind(Human). The body’s make up is about 50-80 percent water, here are a few facts; Water makes up nearly 85 percent of your brain, about 80 percent of your blood and about 70 percent of your lean muscle.


Hydrate your Body


In my own experiences over the years, playing many sports for long periods and not hydrating (water) or drinking enough water contributed to Headaches, Migraines, Joint pain, and aches for longer period of time. Having a competitive nature without the intake of the primary element can do further damage resulting in your body taking longer to recover or damage it long term.

The levels of oxygen in the bloodstream are greater when the body is well hydrated. The more oxygen the body has readily available the more fat it will burn for energy without the presence of oxygen the body cannot utilize stored fat for energy efficiently. Not only will the body burn more fat when well hydrated but because there are increased oxygen levels you will also have more energy.

Water is one of the most important things needed for your body, with contributing factors such as:-



  • The human Body consists of 75% of water; it is a prime element for life on earth

  • Drinking water also helps the skin regulate the body's temperature through sweating.

  • Helps Circulation of nutrients in the body is essential a transporting system, when we are dehydrated things just can't move around well around your body system.

  • It is so crucial that the ability for the water to able to transport waste material out of our bodies.

  • Water is Essential for proper digestion, nutrient absorption and chemical reactions.

  • Carbohydrates and proteins that our bodies use as food are metabolized and transported by water in the bloodstream.

  • It helps maintain the health and integrity of every cell in the body.

  • Keeps the bloodstream liquid enough to flow through blood vessels almost like some used to dilute a drink cordial).

  • Help eliminate the byproducts of the body’s metabolism, excess electrolytes (for example, sodium and potassium), and urea, which is a waste product formed through the processing of dietary protein.

  • Moisten mucous membranes such as those of the lungs and mouth. Lubricate and cushion joints

  • Moisturizes the skin to maintain its texture and appearance

  • Carry’s nutrients and oxygen to cells as a means, remembering oxygen is in water.

  • Serve as a shock absorber inside the eyes, spinal cord and in the amniotic sac surrounding the fetus in pregnancy.

  • Just as if you were taking your car for a service, clean filters, fresh new oil, and water contributing to the effective running of the car, so you must service your Body also giving what it needs for it to run effectively.


Dehydration


Can cause the body to become dis-functional or unbalanced creating many symptoms;



  • Thirst

  • Headaches

  • Mood changes and slow responses

  • Dry nasal passages and dry or cracked lips

  • Dark-coloured urine

  • Weakness

  • Tiredness

  • Confusion and hallucinations.


Things to remember


Facts about internal water include:



  • Water content is higher in men than in women and falls in both with age.

  • Most mature adults lose about 2.5 to 3 litres of water per day.

  • Water loss may increase in hot weather and with prolonged exercise

  • Elderly people lose about two litres per day.

  • An air traveller can lose approximately 1.5 litres of water during a three-hour flight.

  • Water loss needs to be replaced.


Limit mineral water intake

Commercially bottled mineral water sometimes contains salt, which can lead to fluid retention and swelling, and even increased blood pressure in susceptible people. Limit the amount of mineral water or choose low-sodium varieties (less than 30 mg sodium per 100 ml).


Fluid Retention

Many people believe that drinking water causes fluid retention. In fact, the opposite is true. Drinking water helps the body rid itself of excess sodium, which results in less fluid retention.


The body will retain fluid if there is too little water in the cells. If the body receives enough water on a regular basis, there will be no need for it to conserve water and this will reduce fluid retention.

Dehydration is not corrected by fluid intake, eventually urination stops, the kidneys fail and the body can’t remove toxic waste products. In extreme cases, dehydration may result in death.

I do speak about the importance of drinking more water, you must also not to overdo it on excessive water intake, in most cases in can vary slightly with different people depending on their own bodily make up, Diet, Movement, intensity of activity and location all play a big part in hour your body works, Eg someone jogging does not require as much water as someone who is in sprint or strenuous activity so all must be considered.

Remember the Body you have is an absolute genius of a design unbelievably unbelievable and its function to adapt and how it compensates for things that are missing through magnificent structure. WOW!!!
